Fornace is a two-storey landhouse with swimming pool surrounded by century old historical trees. On the ground floor is a large hall with a huge fireplace for any kind of supper, event or ceremony. On the first floor are two independent apartments.
Vigna Alta apartment is suitable for 6 people. It has a living room with kitchen, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with ensuite bathroom, a second twin bedroom and a large communal bathroom.
Taneto apartment is for 4 people and is made of a living room with kitchen, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a large communal bathroom.
The apartments can be booked weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. For groups of 12 people the villa Fornace can also be rented on the whole adding another extra double bedroom and the communal rooms in the ground floor. In this case the villa has got 6 double bedrooms each with private bathroom and a roomy living room with a large dining table and fireplace.
The villa is only 40 kms from Pisa airport and easy to reach from Florence and Lucca. The coast, as well as San Gimignano and Volterra are all within 40 minutes driving.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.

from 7th January to 26th May and from 29th September to 22nd December 2012;

B SEASON:
From 26th May to 30th June and from 1st September to 29th September 2012;

C SEASON:
from 30th June to 1st September and from 22th December 2012 to 7th Januart 2013.
