Fornace
is a two-storey landhouse with
swimming pool surrounded by century
old historical trees. On the
ground floor is a large hall with
a huge fireplace for any kind
of supper, event or ceremony. On the
first floor are two independent
apartments.
Vigna Alta apartment is suitable
for 6 people. It has a living
room with kitchen, one double bedroom
and one twin bedroom, both with ensuite
bathroom, a second twin bedroom and
a large communal bathroom.
Taneto apartment is for 4 people
and is made of a living room with
kitchen, one double bedroom with ensuite
bathroom, a twin bedroom and a large
communal bathroom.
The apartments can be booked weekly,
from Saturday to Saturday. For
groups of 12 people the villa
Fornace can also be rented on the
whole adding another extra double
bedroom and the communal rooms in
the ground floor. In this case the
villa has got 6 double bedrooms each
with private bathroom and a roomy
living room with a large dining
table and fireplace.
The villa is only 40 kms from Pisa
airport and easy to reach from Florence
and Lucca. The coast, as well as San
Gimignano and Volterra are all within
40 minutes driving.
