Selvicciola is a two-storey country house located in the middle of an enchanting rural area spotted with cypress rows and lovely vineyards. It is part of a large and historical estate producing renowned wines in the territory of Terricciola, the most important wine region by Pisa. The complex i is made of a main villa just in front of a small independent house, for a total of 20 sleeps in 10 double bedrooms, extendable to 22 by means of a sofa bed.
Main villa: on the ground floor is a large professional kitchen along with a spacey dining room, which is the perfect place for events such as wedding ceremonies or simply dinners for large groups. The whole space is particularly light thanks to big windows and a typical Tuscan fireplace gives it a special rural character. On the first floor are 7 double bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathroom, which can be turned into twin bedrooms on request. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning.
Annex: on the ground floor is a very welcoming open space with fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with fireplace and dining room. The upper floor is dedicated to two double bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom.
Outside is a panoramic swimming pool with outdoor furniture.
The location is close to charming country attractions like Volterra and San Gimignano as well as Pisa and Lucca.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
