Vivaja Vivaja is a two-storey independent house located in front of Selvicciola, on a gentle hill right in front of the historical hamlet Morrona, among olive trees and vineyards. On the ground floor a large living room with fireplace is together with a fully equipped kitchen in a very large and light open space. In the first floor you will find a cosy double bedroom with tester bed, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom. Outside you will enjoy the large private laurel-fenced garden and a swimming pool with outdoor equipment. The villa is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The location of Vivaja is ideal for guests who want to discover the rural Tuscany and the major art towns, since Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano are all within 1 hour driving.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
