Sosta is a country villa surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, very near to the town Castelfiorentino. The owner Vincenzo has restored this former barn maintaining all the original materials and turning it into a refined country holiday house. The villa has a comfortable swimming pool right in the backyard in front of a wonderful veranda, in a private garden. The two-storey house counts 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is particularly indicated for groups or large families of 10 people. One bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for impaired people. On the ground floor are also an elegant dining room, a sitting room with fireplace and TV set as well as a fully equipped very typically Tuscany country kitchen. On the upper floor are 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, with shower or bathtub. Every corner in the interiors is finely decorated and warmly fitted.
The beautiful panoramic terrace is the perfect place to sit in relaxation while admiring the sourrounding gentle hills. Nearby are all important facilities like supermarkets, train station, pharmacy and restaurants.
The location is ideal to reach all attractions in central Tuscany: the Chianti region, Certaldo and San Gimignano are within 30 minutes reach, Florence Siena and Pisa are within 1 hour driving.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.

LOW SEASON:
From 2nd January to 30th March, from 6th April to 25th May and from 28th September to 21st December 2013;

MEDIUM SEASON:
From 30th March to 6th April, from 25th May to 29th June, from 31st August to 28th September and from 21st December to 28th December 2013;

HIGH SEASON:
From 29th June to 31st August 2013.

*Heating not included. Consider approximately 150-200 Euro for weekly heating of the whole villa in Winter.
