Villa
Paterno is a charming country villa
right in the middle of a scenic
hilly area for 6 up to 9 people.
The two-storey typical Tuscan country
house has a comfortable veranda
with a marvellous view over
the surrounding fields up to the medieval
town Volterra. The fantastic panoramic
swimming pool in the garden is
the ideal place to relax. The villa
is made of three double bedrooms,
three bathrooms, one with
tub and two with shower,
a very large and comfortable living
room with billiards, fireplace
and TV room, a loft with a
piano and a large fully equipped
kitchen. The location is ideal
for parties and ceremonies. In the
living room a home cinema equipment
with OHP and HI-FI set are
available for the guests. One of the
three double bedrooms has an ensuite
bathroom and the other two bedrooms
share a bathroom with tub and hydromassage
shower in the upper floor. A third
bathroom is in the lower floor. An
outdoor barbeque and a stone
oven are available for excellent
pizzas, bread or grill parties. The
owners living nearby are ready to
cope with any of your needs.
The location of the villa is ideal
to reach Volterra, Pisa, the coast,
Livorno and San Gimignano.
