Podere Paterno has a very large living room
on the ground floor with a veranda, a piano,
billiards and bar billiards, a home cinema
equipment with OHP, HI-FI set and a fully
equipped kitchen for large parties.
THE KITCHEN Podere Paterno is ideal for parties
and celebrations. The fully equipped has
a gas cooker, an oven, a fridge and a
freezer and all accessories you may need.
From the kitchen you can access to the
veranda and the garden outside.

DOUBLE BEDROOMS
Podere Paterno owns 3 double bedrooms
fully furnished in refined Tuscan rural
style. One of the three rooms has an ensuite
bathroom and the other ones share a bathroom
with tub.
3 BATHROOMS
One of the bedrooms has its own ensuite
bathroom. Another bathroom with tub and
hydromassage shower is available on the
same floor. A third bathroom is on the
ground floor near to the living room.
