family-run factories. The owner together
with an English speaking personal

will show you the working rooms, where
the cocoa is turned into fine chocolate
creations, combined with other
interesting flavours and ingredients.

& Friends organizes half-day
chocolate tasting tours including
a visit to a small chocolate factory
starting with an introduction to the
world of cocoa and going on with an
analysis of the manufacturing process
that transforms the cocoa beans into
the refined chocolate bars. The tour
continues with the tasting of 10
different kinds of chocolate. An
English speaking tour leader brings
you to the premises and assists you
during all the tour (German, French,
Spanish and Russian are also available).

CHOCOLATE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE |
An
unforgettable hands-on experience in
the chocolate workshop!
The visit to the chocolate factory starts
with an introduction to the world of
cocoa and goes through an in-depth explanation
of several procedures to reach the most
refined chocolate delicacies. After
theory, a hands-on practical experience
in the chocolate workshop begins. Through
the teaching of the expert maitre, you
start creating easy objects of chocolate,
chocolate bon bons and liquid warm chocolate.
You taste all your unique creations
during an experince that you will never
forget. The hands-on experience can
be organized only in some chocolate
factories. The tour needs a surcharge
depending on the availability. |

please consider a 20 Eur surcharge
on the total price for the tour
