Accommodation: Enjoy a weekend in November or December in a beautiful farm house in the countryside in Tuscany. You will have a nice and warm room, furnished with typical Tuscan country furniture, located on the Pisan hills and close to the Etruscan city of Volterra. Breakfast will be served for you in the tiny restaurant of the farm house. Accommodation can also be provided in apartment for 4 people with breakfast excluded. Breakfast from 6 to 9 euro per person per day.

Wine tasting: The owner will be at your disposal for a private visit to the wine cellars and the tasting of the excellent white and red wines produced there. You will discover interesting information about the art of wine making.

Truffle searching: a unique experience!
An English speaking guide will be at your disposal for an exciting half day in search of truffles. The area around the farm houses is very rich in truffles, but it's very hard to find them unless you are an expert truffle searcher, called in Italian "tartufaio", and you have trained clever truffle-sniffing dogs. We give you the possibility to assist our licensed tartufaio and his dog in search of these rare and expensive uncultivable mushrooms. If the searching will be successful guests will be able to buy the truffles at a cheap price. The tartufaio will tell you how to find them, and how to preserve, clean, and use the truffles in many different delicious recipes.
