and if you are a solo traveller you can

A full day with a local tour guide around
the wine cellars. Visit to two properties
with tasting and light lunch. Visit to a factory
producing traditional pasta. |

day at the truffle fair in San Miniato
A day with a local tour guide at the
national yearly fair of the white truffle
of San Miniato, near to Pisa. Tasting of
truffle-based products.

programme |
| 1st
day : arrival, pick up and welcome
dinner |
|
2nd
day : breakfast. Full day dedicated
to the production of wine and olive
oil in the province of Pisa. The minivan
will drive you from one winery to
the other, through typical medieval
villages and your personal guide will
explain you everything about our land,
traditions and productions. The owners
of the farms will show you the wine
cellars and you will taste and compare
several different wines. Visit to
the ancient castle of the vicars in
Lari and visit to the traditional
pasta factory Martelli. At the end
of the day a nice dinner will be served
in a typical winery of the area.

| 3rd
day : brunch. Full day in the historical
town San Miniato, near to Pisa, to visit
the national fair of the white truffle.
Tasting of several products based on
truffle like pecorino cheese, fresh
Tuscan sausages, pork meat. Light lunch
in the festival's canteen. Goodbye dinner
all together at the accommodation property. |

day : breakfast and departure. |
| You
will have at your disposal an assistant
that will look after the group and will
be your interpreter and tour guide during
the tours. |
