Riva is a roomy and panoramic apartment in a small terrace complex right in the middle of an olive grove on a gentle slope of the little village Orciatico, in the municipality of Lajatico, just 15 kms from Volterra. The apartment is in a new building with private parking, a very panoramic front balcony, a backyard balcony and a terrace where you can eat outdoor using a private barbecue. The apartment has a light living room together with a dining area and a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The owners live nearby and produce wine and oil, which will be in the apartment at your arrival as a welcome gift.
The village is very close to Volterra and 30 minutes away from the Tyrrhenian coast. Other towns like Pisa and Lucca are 1 hour away.
