Villa Carina is a typical Tuscan country house of the 19th Century with stone walls, chestnut wood beam ceilings and a huge fireplace. Extended on a surface of 250 sqmt on two floors, the villa has 4 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. On the ground floor a large equipped kitchen is next to a roomy dining room which opens towards a sitting room with TV set and sofas in front of the fireplace. Opposite the open space room is a double bedroom fit for impaired people. On the first floor are three large double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, in which third beds can be added upon request. Finally, a small flight of stairs leads up to the "piccionaia" loft, formerly the pigeonhouse, where a sitting lounge opens over a unique panorama.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with floor heating. Together with all comforts, the facilities include telephone, Internet connection and a safe.
The 5000 sqmt fenced garden hosts a large swimming pool with hydromassage corner and children pool, a playground and a small rural style annex for cooking and barbecuing in the open air.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
