Carlotta is a luxury Spa resort in a very picturesque Tuscan town famous for its thermal source. The resort is made of 22 luxury apartments finely restored in a typical Tuscan style for a total of 95 sleeps. Each units can host 2, 4 or 6 people and their size varies from the studio apartments to the two-bedroom apartments. Accommodation at Carlotta's includes breakfast and grand hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartments are equipped with kitchen, living room and one or two roomy bathrooms and the facilities include Internet access, Sat TV, mini-bar, safe and aircon. Upon request the reception can provide a private butler, private chef, baby sitter, dog sitter or room service. The guests of the resort can have a drink at welcoming small bar during their stay.
The apartments are all within a picturesque park with terraces and gazebos where no cars are allowed in order to create a completely relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. A unique and exclusive wellness center is inside the main historical villa. Each room and hall of the wellness area is a blend of old fascinating architecture, characterized by frescoed vaults, giant fireplaces and typically Tuscan rural building style, and the most advanced wellness technology. The spa complex includes several pools, a hammam, an outdoor "pool of salt", a small olive green pool with jacuzzi and geysers, experiential showers, an outdoor pool, formerly a wash-house, with flowing natural thermal water and the "ice factory", a room for a pleasant and invigorating thermic shock.
At the wellness center any sort of treatments and massages are available. The outdoor thermal pool of the town, just next to the historical villa, completes the frame of this exclusive spa resort. Carlotta's resort is only 30 minutes from the International airport of Pisa, 45 minutes from Florence, Lucca or Volterra and San Gimignano.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
