The
premises of the wine and olive
oil farm Castellina are
right in the middle of an open olive
grove on top of a sunny and panoramic
hill. The farming methods of the property
are exclusively organic and
the production of wine, olive oil
and honey is excellent. The guests
can stay in 9 well furnished and
comfortable apartments in two
old Tuscan stone country houses very
near to Montelupo Fiorentino, the
town of ceramics. In the scenic
park each apartment has its own
private outdoor area with a
garden table. Among the open air facilities
there is also a large swimming
pool with an amazing view
over the Arno valley. From the property
it is very easy to reach Florence,
Lucca and Pisa within one driving
hour, and San Gimignano, Volterra
and Siena in less than two driving
hours.
