Chiara is a cozy and comfortable country villa with a park of old trees right in the hills around Pisa airport, just 20 kms from the town. The owners are completely pet friendly and here you can meet two lovely pigs, four dogs, several cats and chickens. Chiara is also available for dog sitting if you want to tour around without your best friends. The unit is in a former school, a historical building of the late 19th century, wisely restored and turned into three units with a communal garden and swimming pool. Accommodation is in 3 apartments: two studio apartments with bedroom/kitchen and bathroom for up to 2 people and one larger unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft with double sofa bed and a roomy kitchen for up to 6 people. Every unit is aiconditioned and equipped with dishwasher and kitchen equipment. The villa has also got a very beautiful typical Tuscan kitchen, ideal for our cooking classes, where also breakfast is served upon request. The guests at Chiara's have a private small garden with outdoor equipment available as well as a laundry room. The park of tall old trees is ideal for relaxing evenings in the shade.
The complex is just at the entrance of a small village with bars, shops and services within walking distance.
Chiara's house is only 20 minutes driving from Pisa airport and from Livorno harbour. Other major towns like Florence or Lucca are within one hour reach.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
