The hamlet hosting the property Clara is one of the most picturesque and beautiful of the Tuscan countryside. The typical 4-storey Palazzo is divided into 5 comfortable apartments of different size that can host up to 20 people in total. The upper apartments are on two levels and can be joined into a unit for up to 10 people. The units have a unique view over the Valdera valley. The complex has got a communal dining and breakfast room, a nice swimming pool in the garden, gazebos and outdoor furniture for barbecues in the open air and a private parking. The small hamlet is an ideal starting point for beautiful walking or horseriding excursions. The property produces wines that can be tasted in a beautiful cellar tha contains the ruins of an ancient Etruscan cave.
Tuscany's major attractions like Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca and the coast are only 40 kms away from Clara, whereas Florence is in one hour driving. bil
