Claudia is a wonderful small organic wine estate in the Southern province of Pisa, half-way between Pisa and Volterra. The premises have been recently restored and turned into 4 fascinating double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one apartment with kitchenette, two bedrooms and one bathroom and a suite with four sleeps and a bathroom. The complex is made of just two buildings and the owners' family live in one of them. Breakfast is made of fresh home made products like jams, cakes and eggs and it is served in the former cellar, which is also used as a dining room and wine tasting room. The guests at Claudia's can relax by swimming at a panoramic pool adorned by a picturesque olive grove or by walking among the wonderful vineyards of the estate, overlooking the scenic valley of the Era river. A veranda with a sitting area together with a traditional stone oven are also available for the pleasure of the farm's guests. The estate produces excellent organic red and white wines by processing original and ancient vines. Organic olive oil as well as grappa are also made by the farmers.
The agriturismo is in a very convenient location very close to Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano and the Tuscan coast and within one hour driving from Lucca, Viareggio and the Riviera of Versilia and Florence.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
