Villa Concetta is a roomy country villa of the early 20th century along a charming gravel road on the hills of Peccioli, a beautiful medieval town halfway between Pisa and Volterra. The house has a large garden of pine trees with a peaceful gazebo hidden by tall century old oak trees, a private parking and a park with a panoramic pool and two gazebos. All the green area adorned with flowers and fenced by laurel bushes. The typical landlord house has got a large and well equipped kitchen with a big fireplace, a small toilette and a large dining room united to a comfortable living room with sofas and Sat-TV on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three roomy double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. The villa sleeps 10 to 12 people. Opposite the villa, across a small gravel road serving the neighbour property, is a charming panoramic annex with a large terrace and roomy studio apartment. The unit has got a large open space with a double bedroom, a kitchen and living room and a bathroom with shower. The annex can easily sleep 3 people by means of an extra bed.
In the garden is a useful wood oven and a barbecue, just next to one of the gazebos. Internet WIFI keys are available for guests staying at the villa.
The house is reachable in 40 minutes driving from Pisa airport on the way to Volterra and San Gimignano, both only half an hour away. Ideal also for driving to the beach, only 45 km far.

As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
