Villa Emilia is an enchanting country complex in the most exclusive area of the hills around Lucca. The complex is divided into 3 units overlooking the wonderful Piana di Lucca with view over the city and its green surroundings. The three typically Tuscan stone country houses can be rented separated and can host 7 or 6 people each. Each unit has got a wonderful living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 or 4 bedrooms with private bathroom (only 2 bedrooms in the whole complex share a communal bathroom). In each unit is also one bathtub and a small private veranda.
The houses are adorned by beautiful terraced gardens and right in the most panoramic place is very large swimming pool - which can he heated upon request - just next to a large barbecue with stone oven for pizzas and bread.
The complex is ideal as exclusive accommodation for large groups or families of up to 20 people. For rentals of the whole property a luxury communal area is also available. The communal area is right in front of the pool and has got another large and well equipped kitchen, a very picturesque bar (with open bar service), a large dining area and an exclusive lounge with billiards and bar billiards. The communal area has also got a very relaxing parquet-floored underground gym getting light through the swimming pool. Next to the gym is also a fantastic spa area with a large Turkish bath and multi-purpose shower boxes.
Villa Emilia is the perfect location for lovers of Tuscany that want to stay close to the coast. The villa is just 9 kms away from Lucca, 20 kms from Viareggio and within easy reach from Pisa and Florence.
