Emilio is a panoramic and picturesque Renaissance villa on top of a peaceful and green hill along the major road between Pisa and Lucca. The historical bulding has been carefully restored in order to recover the beautiful and important bedrooms, finely furnished with valuable fittings. There are 13 standard bedrooms and 4 loft bedrooms in the villa. In the large park there are some dependance buldings hosting 14 other bedrooms, smaller than the other ones but very well refinend in rural style. All units have their private bathroom, satellite TV, telephone and air conditioning. In the complex there are two wi-fi areas with free internet connection. The dependance bedrooms have access to a communal terrace for relaxing outdoor.
In the ground floor of the villa is a charming restaurant available for the guests, where also breakfast is served. The property has a wide open green park of over 40.000 square meters with a panoramic swimming pool and a private tennis court. The villa is ideal also for weddings and corporate events, thanks to its meeting room able to host up to 100 people.
Emilio has a particularly central location, exactly in the middle between Pisa and Lucca, both only 9 kms away. Other major attractions are very easy to reach thanks to the proximity of the villa to the major highways.

As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
