Fabio is a very panoramic and large country villa in a small village just between San Gimignano and Volterra, in the heart of the rural Tuscany region. The large two-storey house has got 4 wonderful roomy apartments which share a very peaceful garden with secluded pool. The house has been recently restored and turned into very comfortable air-conditioned units, each with finely well-equipped and large kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) and a large sitting room with double sofa bed. Each apartment also has a fireplace and a private veranda with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The equipment is high standard and the interiors are particularly well designed and furnished.
The complex has got its own private garden and the house is just outside a small village with shops, a bar, a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance.
The little village is only 20 minutes driving from medieval or Etruscan pearls like San Gimignano, Volterra and Certaldo. Tuscany's major towns like Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Florence are all within 1 hour driving. The setting is particularly scenic on top of a high hills in a green and woody area.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
