Fagnano is a peacefull detached villa in very private and secure grounds with excellent views towards Pisa. It sleeps a maximum of 14 people. On the ground floor is a large living room with open fireplace and comfortable sofas and armchairs, small dining table. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, large hob, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle juicer and cooking equipment, a separate dining room, a laundry and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only). On the first floor is another living room with comfortable seating and satellite TV, a Master bedroom (king size bed) with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath only) and a further four bedrooms, three double and one single, which share two bathrooms (shower only). Opposite the main entrance to the house is the Limonaia, a separate building, which has a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only).
An open terrace for outdoor dining runs the length of the house at the rear, with a barbeque. The terrace overlooks the private enclosed garden. A swimming pool (6m x 12m) with its own sun terrace completes the picture.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
