Federica
is an old Tuscan house, formelry a
mill, just outside of the beautiful
Etruscan town Volterra. It is surrounded
by a large park of cherry trees,
an ideal setting for your holidays.
Accommodation at the house Federica
is in double bedrooms with ensuite
bathroom, Junior suites or apartments
of different sizes for 2, 3 or 4 people.
Each unit is fully air-conditioned
and equipped with all comforts,
including WIFI internet connection.
The units of a higher category also
have a bathtub. You can lay
in the sun along a large swimming
pool, which goes directly into
the wellness center. The small
wellness center can be used by guests
only, both in Summer and in Winter.
The wellness area includes a hammam,
a massage room, a fantastic
Jacuzzi spa and an equipped
gym. Any sort of treament
and massage with essential oils
is available upon booking.
Federica offers also delicious meals
and breakfast in a small restaurant,
where Signora Maria regularly prepares
her specialities.
A large lounge with original
stone fireplace is also available
for the guests, ideal for parties
and ceremonies or as a reading room.
From Federica it is very easy to reach
Volterra and San Gimignano, but also
Pisa, Lucca and Florence are within
one driving hour.
