Francesca is a wonderful former Tuscan barn, recently turned into a refined country chalet with pool in the panoramic area of the hills around Florence. The closest town to the house is Montelupo, worldwide famous for its typical ceramic goods. The two-storey country cottage can host up to 6 people in two double bedrooms and one sofa bed. Together with the bedrooms the lower floor has got a colorful and fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. Up the stairs is a charming and relaxing open-space loft with one sofa and a sofa-bed, a picturesque Tuscan fireplace and a set with satellite TV, DVD and CD player.
Outdoor is a luminous veranda with outdoor furniture just in front of a wonderful panoramic swimming pool. The pool has got a Jacuzzi corner where guests can enjoy a relaxing hydromassage. In the roomy garden is also a private sheltered parking. The villa is decorated with refined Montelupo ceramics and is served by fast internet connection. The comforts also include a safe, automatic gates and alarm system. The location of Francesca is very close to the Fi-Pi-Li highway. Thus the major attractions of Tuscany, like Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena are all within one hour driving.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
