Giacomo
is a large country house between Pisa
and Florence, in an ideal position
also from the coast. The setting is
a beautiful green hilly area
in the municipality of Pontedera.
The owners live in one apartament
of the complex. The guests can choose
between two very large apartments:
Terrazza and Fienile. Terrazza is
a flat on the second floor with a
beautiful living room hosting a typical
Tuscan fireplace and opening
onto a panoramic terrace. The apartment
has a kitchen, a bathroom with tub,
two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom,
so it is perfect for up to 6 people.
Fienile is a two-storey detached house
with a beautiful veranda in the garden,
a living room, a bathroom with shower
and a kitchen on the ground flor.
On the upper floor are three bedrooms,
one twin and two double bedrooms,
and a bathroom with tub; so the unit
is suitable for 6 people. The
guests of the property have a shared
swimming pool on the top of
a panoramic hill, together with a
relaxing gazebo available.
A laundry room is also among
the equipments. The house is reachable
in 30 minutes driving from Pisa airport
on the way to Florence. Ideal also
for driving to the beach, only 40
km far.
