Giorgia is a former small barn turned into a cozy and welcoming country cottage in the middle of a very beautiful garden on top of a hill near Fabbrica di Peccioli, a village about 20 minutes from Volterra. The two-storey stone country house has got a double bedroom, a bathroom a kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed. It is the ideal location for a small family or a couple who want to enjoy the peace of Tuscany. The house has got a veranda, a private garden, a barbecue, a small fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with oven and dishwasher and in a separate annex is a small laundry. Outdoor is a private parking and a barbecue is available for nice summer dinners. The house can be completely air-conditioned upon request. The entrance to the park, shared with the owners' property, is independent through remote controlled gates.
The house Giorgia is within walking distance from a little village with bars, pharmacy and small shops. The location is very close to San Gimignano and Volterra, whereas Pisa, Florence and Lucca are within one hour driving.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
