The panoramic farmhouse Giovannino is in the middle of a wonderful setting right on the road of the Vernaccia Wine of San Gimignano. San Gimignano is the Unesco heritage town worldwide famous for its beautiful towers. The property has got 4 apartments for 2,4 or 6 people sharing a beautiful swimming pool and a large park with outdoor fittings. Each apartment has got one, two or three double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and is equipped with Sat TV. The place is ideal for relaxing holidays and walks in the vineyards. The farm produces typical products like extra virgin olive oil, Chianti Colli Senesi, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Grappa and Vinsanto liquor wine, that can be tasted while staying in the property. The farmhouse is in the middle of Tuscany's major tourist attractions, like San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, Volterra and Pisa.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
