Giulio is a charming estate in one of the most wonderful areas of Tuscany around two jewels of the Middle Ages like San Gimignano and Certaldo. The charming finely restored country house hosts 8 apartments of different size for 2 up to 8 people each. The complex can comfortably sleep 32 people, up to 44. The apartments are all air-conditioned and furnished in an elegant country style and mostly antique furniture that give each room a unique atmosphere. In every apartment is a quick Internet connection and Sat TV. The kitchens are fully equipped with dish-washer and all sorts of appliances. In all units is also a private safe. The apartments have one, two or three double bedrooms each and share a large garden and two swimming pools, located on top of a hill with a 360° view over the surroundings. One pool has a hydro-massage corner and is fit for children.
The communal facilities include a laundry room with washing machines, dryers and ironing equipments working 24/7. An equipped meeting room is also available for the guests for conferences and meetings.
The location of Giulio is right in the middle of Tuscany, around 60 kms from Pisa, Siena and Florence, and only half an hour driving from the renowned medieval towns Volterra, San Gimignano and Certaldo.
