Greta is a picturesque, comfortable and roomy country villa in the middle of sunflowers fields in the rural area between Pisa and Pontedera. The villa is a typical Tuscan stone-made former farmhouse surrounded by 5000 sqmt of private fenced garden.
The two-storey squared house is finely furnished in a sober and elegant style. It has got three double bedrooms and a triple bedroom along with 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower, 1 toilet, kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher), dining room and a large sitting room with a fireplace. The interiors include a billiard room with another fireplace and a laudry room. The villa can easily sleep 9 people but extra sleeps are also available.
In the garden a pathway adorned with flowers leads to an enchanting pergola for romantic dinners outdoors. Inside the property a tennis court, a tennis table and a private parking complete the picture. The location is close to several restaurants and small food shops, located in the closest village about 1,5 kms away. There is also a public swimming pool about 7 kms from the property.
The location is ideal to explore all historical towns of Tuscany since it is close to important highways. Pisa, Lucca, Livorno and the Tuscan coast are all within 30 minutes driving, whereas Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano and Versilia are within one hour.
