Laureen is a very peaceful country complex between the famous Etruscan town Volterra and the spa village Casciana Terme. The property is made of 4 hectares of gardens and orchards where a main villa with 6 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms together with a dependance with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located.
The whole complex is ideal and fully equipped for families with many children as the garden has no slopes or dangerous impedements and in the garden is a lovely children playground.
The main house has got a large and practical kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a living room with typically Tuscan wooden beam ceilings directly connected to a room with table tennis and bar billiards and to two closable verandas. On the upper floor are the 6 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The house is served by SatTV and USB Internet access.
At the other end of the property is a small two storey country cottage with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a living room. Just outside the dependance cottage is a small room, all dedicated to a large sauna for 12 people.
The large garden between the two units hosts a children playground, a tennis court (adaptable to a football pitch), a private parking, several green corners for relaxation and meals, a barbecue area and a large swimming pool with a removable roofing. At the main house a table tennis is also available.
The complex is very close to Volterra and just 45 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany and from Pisa, San Gimignano and Lucca. Other attractions like Siena, Florence and the Chianti region are just over 1 hour driving away.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
