Located about 350 meters above sea level, just upon the medieval village of Vicopisano, the farm is framed up in a wonderful landscape, dominating the whole valley of the river Arno. The setting of Marcello farm is the Monte Pisano, characterized by woods of pines, oak chestnuts and olive trees. Accommodation is provided in 3 small apartments sleeping 2-4 people each. The premises have a horse riding ground with tamed horses available for excursions in the mountains around. In fact the country house is the starting point for paths suitable for trekking, horse-riding and mountain-biking. Just 2 kms of from the farm are the panoramic ruins of the Verruca fortress. Among the facilities of Marcello are a vegetable and fruit garden and an olive grove. A barbecue is available for outdoor dinners.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
