The charming country estate Maria Teresa lies in the a wonderful seaside area of Suvereto, a beautiful old town just 10 kms from the Thyrrhenian coast of Venturina and Baratti, also known as the Etruscan coast. The property counts 9 very refined apartments all with air-conditioning and parquet in the bedrooms. Some apartments can be rented also simply as double bedrooms. All units are equipped with safe, Sat TV and microwave oven and have one or two bedrooms. Among the communal facilities are a wonderful stone and marble paved swimming pool with hydromassage corner, a wood oven with 2 barbecues, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron, a children playground and a private lake in the park. The property extends over 43 hectares and is renowned for the production of excellent wines, in particular DOC Valdicornia, olive oil and grappa. All these local products can be tasted in the beautiful and elegant restaurant with veranda and open air seats in the middle of the estate, where also delicious dishes are served (800 mts from the apartments). Next to it is the wine cellar, an underground facility mixing the charme of the old cellars with the modernity of wine making machinery where wine tasting tours are organized. The property is just 20 minutes from the Tuscan coast, within one hour from Pisa, Livorno and Volterra, and close to the port of Piombino and the Isle of Elba.
