The country resort Massimo is made of two very charming typically Tuscan former farmhouses on a hilltop between Pisa and Florence. The property has been recently restored and turned into a luxury facility with refined apartments of different size and capacity, from small studio units, through one-bedroom or two-bedroom units to large Suites. All apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette, air-conditioning, safe, Sat-TV and hair dryer. Some units have a loft with extra beds and some can sleep further people in the living room through a double sofa bed for a maximum of 6 people. The Suites also have bathtubs in the bathrooms.
The property is in the middle of charming vineyards and has a lot of communal facilities. A peaceful swimming pool with outdoor equipments, gazebos with tables and chairs for dinners in the garden, a bar open daily and a restaurant serving local specialities and only selected ingredients.
For golf lovers, the resort offers a small 9-hole green very close to the residence and a small and peaceful golf club with sitting room and locker rooms. Golf lessons with private teacher are available.
Next to the reception is also a small wellness area with a small sauna and a massage corner, directly connected with a small gym.
Guests at this property have a free visit to the wine cellar of the property, which are situated nearby.
The location is ideal for weddings and team building events due to the comfortable accommodation and the complete services offered. Massimo resort is close to Pontedera in a very accessible area between Florence and Pisa.

As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
