Montelodoli
is a fantastic Tuscan country house
right in the middle of the Chianti
area, half way between Florence
and Siena. The premises have 7
comfortable apartments, 4 one-bedroom
apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments.
All apartments have typical oak-beam
ceilings and terracotta-tiled
floors. They are furnished with
Tuscan rustic pieces and are fully
equipped with modern comforts. In
each apartment is a private kitchen
(with dish-washer, microwave oven,
toaster, food blender, lemon squeezer)
and one or two bathrooms. For the
guests of Montelodoli are a private
swimming pool in a panoramic park
with a veranda and a barbecue
are available. The country house belongs
to the estate Sant'Andrea, in whose
premises it is possible to taste some
excellent Chianti wines.
From the property both Siena and Florence
are within half an hour driving thanks
to the close FI-SI freeway.

of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be
required to pay a tourist tax, the rate
of which varies from town to town and
according to the length of your stay.
If the tax applies in the location you
have selected for your stay, this will
be collected by the owner/receptionist
of the accommodation at your arrival
and is therefore not included in our
invoice and in the pricelist above.
