Nicola
is a large estate of 128 hectares
in a wonderful setting in the area
of the Pisan hills, just 40 kms from
the airport of Pisa. The premises
host 15 apartments that can
sleep from 2 to 6 people. All apartment
have a kitchen, one bedroom and a
private bathroom available. The property
has a very beautiful flowered park
with a tennis court, a private
parking and a panoramic
swimming pool. The guests of Nicola
can taste all the products
of the farm directly in a wooden veranda
hosting a large restaurant with
a bar. Just some steps forward
are also some horse paddocks
and the riding ground. From
Nicola it is possible to organize
fascinating horseriding excursions
across the hills of vineyards and
woods in the surroundings. The property
is very easy to reach from Pisa and
Florence. Other major attractions
of Tuscany like Volterra and San Gimignano
are within 40 minutes driving.
