Nino is a newyly restored country resort with over 70 one-bedroom apartments very close to San Gimignano. Accommodation is in very refined and comfortable apartments, mostly two-storey, with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and one double bedroom. All units have roomy living rooms where a double sofa bed can sleep 2 children comfortably. The equipment of the kitchens include electic oven, dishwasher and gas cookers. Some units have a washing machine too. The complex hosts two swimming pools with outdoor fittings, a large green area fully decorated with plants and flowers, a small wood with children playground, a tennis court and a private parking. The setting is particularly peaceful in the middle of the countryside.
The resort includes also an art hotel with very refined finishings. The hotel has got a bar, a restaurant, a spa center with heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath where the guests can choose among a wide range of treatments and massage services.
In the area of the hotel a wi-fi internet connection is available. In the complex Nino pets are welcome.
The location is very picturesque in the middle of woods and vineyards in the area around San Gimignano. Other major attractions like Volterra or Certaldo can be reached within 30 minutes driving, whereas Pisa, Florence and Siena are within one hour by car.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
