Paolo is a picturesque panoramic agriturismo in the hills of Suvereto, the charming wine town very close to the coast not far from the Isle of Elba. The property extends over several hectars of wineyards and olive groves. Some typical products of the Paolo farm are an exquisite extra virgin olive oil, an elegant and fruity grappa and some prestigious IGT or DOC Valdicornia wines, which you can easily taste in the farm's tasting room. The charming stone buildings of Paolo host comfortable and rustic apartments, furnished in typical Tuscan country style for up to 24 people. There are 4 apartments with one bedroom and 4 apartments with two double bedrooms and each unit has got a living room with kitchen and one bathroom with shower. All the buildings are surrounded by a marvellous olive grove where you can sit and enjoy the landscape. The facility has got a beautiful panoramic swimming pool with a unique view over the Val di Cornia. In the park two barbecues are available for the guests. For the children the farm has got a playground, a didactic plot and a nice tiny museum with old traditional farming tools. Among the facilities are an Internet room and a laundry room. The property is just 20 minutes from the Tuscan coast, within one hour from Pisa, Livorno and Volterra, and very close to the port of Piombino and the Isle of Elba.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
