Villa Pettirosso is a charming country cottage in the middle of a scenic and sunny area in the municipality of Palaia, a medieval town on the Tuscan hills. The house has a large fenced garden covered with typical Mediterranean plants and a private vineyard. The two-storey stone house has got a large well equipped kitchen, a small toilette, a large dining room and a comfortable living room with 2 sofas, a TV-set and a fireplace. On the first floor there are 4 roomy double bedrooms, one with en-suite open Tuscan fireplace, and a large bathroom with bathtub. The villa sleeps 8 to 10 people. In the garden is a comfortable barbecue area, a wood oven and a terracotta paved terrace with a view right over a private panoramic swimming pool and a solarium.
In the backyard of the property is a small vineyard and some fruit trees.
Villa Pettorosso is in an excellent position between Pisa and Florence, just 40 minutes from Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca and the Thyrrhenian coast and one hour from Florence and Viareggio.
