Patrizio is a charming detached villa right on top of a sunny hill with a unique panorama over the green hills of Certaldo, very close to the enchanting Castello di Oliveto. The villa is ideal for large families and groups since it sleeps 18 people in 9 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The villa has got a panoramic pool, outdoor sofas and tables, a barbecue and gazebos in the garden for pleasant dinners in authentic Tuscan sunsets. The villa has got a large living room with billiards, Sat-Tv, Hi-Fi set and sofas directly opened onto a roomy dining area with a ceremony table for up to 20 people. One bedroom with fittings for unpaired people is on the ground floor. A master bedroom with a further 6 double bedrooms each with private bathroom are on the second floor and the 9th bedroom is in a cute loft that has got two private roof terraces. The villa has got a private fenced park with parking and a laundry room. The villa is in a wonderful location, very close to San Gimignano and within one hour driving from both Florence and Siena.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
