Piergiorgio is a beautiful complex of apartments right in the middle of the old historic center of Orciatico, a very small country village on the hills surrounding Volterra. The property includes 4 apartments, spread here and there in old buildings of the village, with very beautiful views over the Valdera valley. Two of the larger apartaments can be turned into smaller units for 2 or 4 people only. Each unit has got a small kitchen, a bathroom one or two bedrooms and an outdoor space with table and parasols for dinners outside. One apartment has got a roof terrace instead of the outdoor space. All apartments have independent heating and Sat TV available. There is a communal reception very close to a very good restaurant, belonging to the same property, where the guests can enjoy local specialities together with selected wines from the area. The location of Piergiorgio is ideal for people who love walking treks since the town is the starting point of many routes in the woods. Towns like Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano and Florence are all within 1 hour driving.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
