Rebecca is a very fascinating typically Tuscan villa resulting from the wise restoration of a former farmhouse located on top of a panoramic hill overlooking the Pisan territory. The two-storey country house has got a first floor with a roomy kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with Sat Tv directly connected to a PC room with fast Internet access and computers available. On the same level is also a toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a veranda with outdoor table and panorama. On the first floor is a communal lounge with pay TV, a master bedroom with a private terrace and a large bathroom en-suite with bathtub and shower. On the same floor are also two twin bedrooms, each with bathroom en-suite with shower.
In the courtyard of the house is an annex with a second double bedroom and private bathroom. The villa sleeps 8 people and two further extra beds can be added, for a maximum of 10 guests.
In the extended garden surrounding the units are two large panoramic verandas adorned with beautiful creepers for fantastic dinners outdoors. A barbecue corner, a tennis table with equipment and a romantic corner with hammock complete the frame.
Descending a bit from the house, guests can relax at a swimming pool with an extremely wide view over the valley, right on the ridge of the hill.
The park around the house also includes a private tennis court and a private parking area.
The location of the villa is ideal to explore the most interesting attractions of Tuscany. The International Airport of Pisa is located just 25 minutes away and the spa town Casciana Terme is just 10 minutes away. Two of Tuscany's major art tows, like Lucca and Florence, are less than 1 hour by car. A four-lane expressway connecting Livorno with Florence is also just 10 minutes far by car.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.

From 31st March to 30th June, from 25th August to 29th November and from 15th December 2012 to 5th January 2013;
