Rita is a refined holiday farm producing unique wines in the area of the Pisan hills. The property extends on a very panoramic and sunny hill overlooking the river Era. Accomodation is in 6 comfortable apartments for 2, 4 or 6 people and the whole facility can easily host 20-25 people.
Each apartment is air conditioned. All units have a comfortable kitchen together with living room and 1 or 2 bathrooms and 1 or 2 double bedrooms. The living rooms have all a double sofa bed.
The apartments in the ground floor also have a gazebo with outdoor table for relaxing meals outdoor. Among the common facilities the farm has an enchanting swimming pool, a large elegant garden adorned with flowers, wooden pathways, a playground for children and private parking. The guests of Rita have also a useful barbecue available.
The property is within 1 hour driving from Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra. It is also within 45 minutes from the coast.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
