| Ruscello
is a rustic stone detached country house in the middle of a nice wood on
a panoramic high hill just 40 kms from Pisa. The house has got a large well equipped
kitchen, a dining room and a living room with typical Tuscan
fireplace, 5 large and comfortable double bedrooms and 3
bathrooms, one with bathtub. It sleeps up to 14 people comfortably.
The premises have air conditioning, sat TV, radio and cd player.
Outside in the fenced private garden are a panoramic swimming pool
with solarium, a barbecue, a laundry area and a playing ground
for children. At Ruscello pets are welcome. The villa belongs to a property
that produces some excellent olive oil in a nearby oil mill, where it is
possible to taste it. The house is very close to the Spa town Casciana
Terme (only 3 kms). From Ruscello it is very easy to reach Volterra, San Gimignano,
Pisa, Lucca and the coast within one driving hour.
