Ruscello
is a rustic stone detached country
house in the middle of a nice
wood on a panoramic high hill just
40 kms from Pisa. The house has got
a large well equipped kitchen,
a dining room and a living
room with typical Tuscan fireplace.
The two-level stone country cottage
has got 5 large and comfortable
double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,
one of which set with bathtub.
It sleeps up to 14 people comfortably.
The premises have air conditioning,
sat TV, radio and cd player.
The unit is surrounded by a large
fenced private garden, in which
guests can enjoy a panoramic swimming
pool with solarium, a barbecue,
a laundry area and a playing
ground for children. For preparation
of pizza and freshly baked bread,
a stone oven is available in
the garden as well as outdoor dining
furniture.
At Ruscello pets are welcome.
The villa belongs to a property that
produces some excellent extra virgin
olive oil in a nearby oil mill,
where it is possible to taste it.
The house is very close to the Spa
town Casciana Terme (only 5 kms
away).
From Ruscello it is very easy to reach
Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca
as well as the Tuscany coast within
one driving hour.
