Sara is a beautiful and scenic agriturismo very close to Florence. It lies on top of some beautiful hills of vineyards and olive groves in the municipality of Montelupo, a town worldwide famous for it production of ceramic houseware.
The large estate produces wine and olive oil according to the methods oforganic farming. Accommodation is in 4 typical farm houses completely restored and comfortable, secluded in the middle of chamring olive groves, where guests can relax in total privacy. Two of these houses can be rented as whole units and are ideal country villas for groups of 14 and 18 people.
In total the agriturismo offers 7 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 8 apartments, either with one or two double bedrooms, each with its private kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast is served in a large and welcoming restaurant where also lunch and dinner is served. The restaurant has got an enchanting view over the vineyards of the property and can easily sit large groups, so it is an ideal location for corporate events and wedding banquets.
Together with the restaurant the four houses share two swimming pools, a meeting room and a cellar, which is available for wine tasting guided tours.
The property is just 18 kms from Florence and 5 minutes from the Fi-Pi-Li freeway, so both Pisa and Siena are very easy to reach.
Other charming attractions of Tuscany like Vinci, San Gimignano, San Miniato, Montecatini and Certaldo are within 1 hour drive.
