All the premises belonging to the farmhouse Silvia date back to the XVIII century. Both Villa San Giorgio and the rest of the buildings were renewed in 1998 and turned into 18 charming apartments of different sizes. All the apartments are equipped with a living-room with kitchen corner, one or two bedrooms and bathroom, suitable for 2 to 8 people. Common facilities are an outdoor area with barbecues, an automatic laundry room and a private parking area. The property is surrounded by 5 hectares of park and olive grove, including a tennis court and a large panoramic swimming pool (25m x 12,5m) with solarium.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
