Sosta is a rural villa surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, very near to the town Castelfiorentino. The owner Vincenzo has restored this former barn maintaining all the original materials and turning it into a refined country holiday house. The villa has a comfortable swimming pool right in the backyard in front of a wonderful veranda. The two-storey house counts 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is particularly indicated for groups or large families of 10 people. One bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for impaired people. The beautiful panoramic terrace is the perfect place to sit in relaxation while admiring the sourrounding gentle hills. Nearby are all important facilities like supermarkets, train station, chemist's and restaurants.

TOURIST TAX:
As of 2012, visitors to Tuscany may be required to pay a tourist tax, the rate of which varies from town to town and according to the length of your stay. If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.

LOW SEASON:
From 7th January to 7th April, from 14th April to 28th April and from 29th September to 22nd December 2012;

MEDIUM SEASON:
From 7th April to 14th April, from 28th April to 30th June, from 1st September to 29th September and from 22nd December to 31st December 2012;

HIGH SEASON:
From 1st July to 31st August 2012.
