Jennifer
is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse
with typical country style features
like wooden beamed ceilings
and an old external bread oven.
It sleeps a maximum of 13 people.
In the main building on the ground
floor is a large kitchen with
breakfast area, fully equipped with
oven, microwave, two dishwashers,
large fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee
maker, toaster, fruit juicer, tableware
and cooking equipment. A utility
room with additional fridge/freezer
and some storage space, and a laundry
room with washing machine, tumble
dryer, iron and ironing board are
available. A dining room is suitable
for 12 people and a large drawing
room with open fireplace, comfortable
sofas and armchairs, flat screen satellite
TV and DVD, ipod and Bose music system,
and computer with internet access.
On the first floor are three double
bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
(all with bath and walk in shower),
one twin bedroom with en-suite
bathroom (bath only) and the stairs
to a tower (split level) with Master
bedroom accessed via the large
bathroom with large bath and double
walk-in shower.
The annex building has a ground
floor with small sitting area with
sofa, TV and DVD set, fully equipped
kitchen with breakfast table, storage
room with washing machine and bathroom
(shower only). On the first floor
is one double bedroom and one single
bedroom with bathroom (shower
only).
Between the main building and the
annex runs an open terrace,
where you will find a 12m x 7m heated
swimming pool with its own solarium
and spa as well as an outdoor
dining area with barbeque.
The buildings are set in a private
enclosed garden featuring a
large area of lawn with trees and
attractive flower beds and a bocce
(Italians bowls) court.
