Podere Zobi is a fantastic Tuscan rural detached house just 1 km from Fabbrica, a small village right in the middle of the Chianti area, half way between Florence and Siena. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 people in 6 comfortable double bedrooms. The light and comfortable villa has got 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, toaster, food blender and microwave oven) on the ground floor as well as 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and bath tub, 2 bathrooms with shower on the first floor and 1 twin bedroom in the pigeon loft. The villa has got a private swimming pool in a panoramic park with a veranda a and a barbecue. Podere Zobi belongs to the estate Sant'Andrea, in whose premises it is possible to taste some excellent Chianti wines.
From the property both Siena and Florence are within half an hour driving thanks to the close FI-SI freeway.

If the tax applies in the location you have selected for your stay, this will be collected by the owner/receptionist of the accommodation at your arrival and is therefore not included in our invoice and in the pricelist above.
