1st
day - Welcome
Arrival at Poggio alla Farnia (25
kms from Pisa, transfer not included)
in the early afternoon. Welcome
drink.
At 4:30 pm: meeting with the local
artist Marina Romiti walk to the
village Fauglia and visit to the
Macchiaioli art museum dedicated
to Giorgio Kienerk. The two hour
visit includes a conversation on
the artist with his daughtert Vittoria.
Return to the agriturismo and dinner
there.
2nd
day - Painting day
9 am: Breakfast.
10 am: meeting with Marina and walk
in the fields in the surroundings
of the agriturismo. Stop in one
of the most beautiful places with
unique views over the Tuscan countryside
and painting activity for the whole
day. Each artist will take his own
inspiration and will be helped by
Marina for the realization of the
painting. A pick-nick in the field
with Tuscan delicacies and wine
will be provided. In the evening
return to the agriturismo and dinner
there.
3rd
day - Departure
9 am: Breakfast.
10 am: Departure from the agriturismo
(transfer not included).
Possibility to organize a private
tour to the workshop of a local
sculptor and to a local museum of
sculpture in the town Calcinaia.
