year the town San Miniato (between
Pisa and Florence) celebrates a national
festival that attracts truffle
lovers from all the world. The
speciality of the area is the extraordinary
white truffle of San Miniato.
On 3 weekends in November you can
taste and buy fresh white truffle
and discover an amazing range of truffle-based
products produced locally like
cheese, salamis, truffle & mushroom
paste etc..

TRUFFLE
PACKAGE
If you want to visit the truffle festival
of San Miniato we organize a full
package for you including accommodation
and an English speaking tour leader
(also German, Spanish, French, Italian
or Russian available) that shows you
the festival and the medieval town
San Miniato for 3 hours. Included
in the tour is also a truffle tasting
in one of the stands at the festival.

10 kms from the town in small apartments

kms from the premises of our Travel
Agency in Peccioli (Pisa area)
and you want to meet the tour
leader where you are staying,
please consider a 20 Eur surcharge
on the total price for the tour
leader transfer. |
