Massimiliano – Agriturismo with restaurant, pool & horse riding

Massimiliano is a very panoramic organic agriturismo in central Tuscany, very close to Volterra and San Gimignano. It is an extended organic farm with production of extra virgin olive oil, wine, honey, grains and fruits. Accommodation is in 4 large typical Tuscan country houses with swimming pool all distributed in an extended property and a central area where all guests find a reception, two restaurants and a horse riding ground.
Guests can stay in self-catered apartments with one, two or three double bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. All kitchens are equipped with fridge, freezer and microwave. The apartments have mosquito screens at windows and doors and some units have airconditioning. Every house has got several apartments and guests can enjoy life in the open air in a fenced garden and a swimming pool.

In the central area guests find also air-conditioned double bedrooms with private bathroom on a B&B base. Breakfast is served daily at the main premises of the central area. The bedrooms of the B&B have a communal kitchen available for guests who want to prepare some easy food.

The central area has got many services: an elegant restaurant with outdoor panoramic terrace; a second large restaurant with scenic veranda, frequently used for free events for all guests, like cooking classes and pizza parties; a reception with a large screen TV; a panoramic bar.
In the restaurants, local Tuscan specialties and products from the farm are prepared on a daily base. All communal areas have free WIFI internet access.

To complete the frame, a large riding ground and a horse riding instructor are always available for guests who want to experience the area on horseback. Many excursions in the area for experienced riders are offered on a weekly base and pony rides are possible for children.
The location is very close to Volterra and San Gimignano, and main towns like Pisa, Siena or Florence are only 1 hour driving from Massimiliano.
